Onnovo is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to grow its distributor network and expand customer reach across South Asia. This role will drive sales, manage channel partners, and ensure effective market penetration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and onboarding new distributors across India and South Asia.
  • Managing relationships with existing channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Developing regional sales plans aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Training channel teams on Onnovo’s product portfolio and value proposition.
  • Monitoring channel performance and implementing incentive programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel or distribution sales, preferably in chemicals or industrial goods.
  • Strong negotiation and partner management skills.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively within South Asia.
