Pairat’s regional leadership is grounded in a hands-on approach—he regularly travels across Asia and Africa to engage with customers, understand emerging trends, and support product innovation. His market insights have contributed to the successful development and adaptation of several new formulations tailored to local performance needs. He is also a long-standing member of the South-East Asia Dry-mix Mortar Association (SEADMA), actively supporting technical knowledge-sharing in the industry since 2006.
